We've received many requests for this charger. There are many times a Forklift is needed for occasional use, and the user doesn't have 230 volts available. This charger is designed for those times. It requires only a 117 volt 20 amp branch circuit, and while it is not intended to replace a full sized charger, it can effectively fill in. It can also be used full time on equipment such as golf cars, personnel carriers, pallet trucks, floor scrubbers, and smaller material handling equipment.
