Forklifts, Wind and Solar systems, EV's, all Industrial Applications. Economical yet powerful enough to handle most forklift applications these chargers are designed to withstand continuous duty use quietly and efficiently. Energy savings of as much as 25% can be expected over ferroresonant chargers. The linear 100% copper transformer and SCR control give years of trouble free service. All models do their job unattended and carefree. When service is necessary, the modular construction allows for easy field service. Or use our rapid return factory service. Recommended battery size, 450-800 amp hour @ 20 hour rate. 3 YEAR WARRANTY. Made in U.S.A. Float (QSSE): Regulates the battery voltage at 2.3 volts per cell. Best for starting batteries, and gel's Gas & timed shut off (QSSET): Timer trips at 2.3vpc, gassing threshold. Batteries are allowed to gas to a maximum of 2.55 volts per cell before shut off. Best for deep cycle batteries. ADD QSSE OR QSSET PREFIX TO MODEL NUMBERS

Select-A-Charge All the quality features of the regular QSS chargers, plus one touch programming allows these chargers to charge deep cycle, wet starting, gel, and AGM batteries with precision. Also programmable is type of gassing mode, and recycle times when in shut off mode. The 2 digit LED displays percent of charge to complete cycle, and battery voltage. A tricolor LED also follows charge progress. Can be temperature compensated. DC current limiting, and polarity protected. Float Regulates the battery voltage at 2.3 volts per cell. Best for starting batteries, and gel's Gas & timed shut off Timer trips at 2.3vpc, gassing threshold. Batteries are allowed to gas to a maximum of 2.55vpc, before shut off. Best for deep cycle batteries Gas & float Timer trips at 2.3vpc, gassing threshold. Batteries are allowed to gas to a maximum of 2.55vpc before dropping into indefinite float of 2.26 volts per cell. Best for deep cycle batteries that may see long periods of inactivity. AGM Batteries bulk charge to 2.3vpc, and enter absorption cycle where voltage is allowed to climb to a maximum 2.45vpc before dropping into indefinite float of 2.26vpc. |
